Put your "Last Name" into the next field. It is your password. The system is not case-sensitive. If you still cannot log in, contact the University help desk by clicking on Help on the top navigational bar.

The Course Catalog is a master list of all courses available on the University. My Online Courses is a list of courses that have been assigned to you that you are required to complete. Always look in your My Online Courses pages for the assigned courses that you have been told to completed rather than looking for and self-registering for those assigned courses from the Course Catalog. Once you have successfully completed an assigned course, it will no longer be visable in your My Online Course page. You can view a list of your completed courses by clicking on the link to My Transcripts.
|
Multiple copies of the same course could show up on My Courses because you self-registered for a course that was already assigned to you by a site administrator. You also may have self-registered for the same course multiple times.
It is OK to drop multiple copies of a course from My Courses once you have completed one copy of the course.

You must first open the document, and then either find the print button near the top of the page or right-click on the document to view the print command.

The University site will time out if left idle for longer than 20 minutes. If this happens, you will have to log back into the site. You do not have to re-register for the course. For best practice, if you get called away from your computer while reviewing course content, click the Exit button at the bottom of the page and then click the Logout button on the My Courses page.
Tests in the courses are set to time out 24 hours after you click the Launch Exam button. If the system times out while you are taking a test, you do have to log back into the University site but you do not have to re-register for the course. You can resume the exam where you left off by clicking on the Next Question button, provided you are within the 24-hour time frame. For best practice, try to give yourself uninterrupted time before beginning a test. If you do get called away from your computer while taking a test, always close your browser by clicking on the "X" in the upper right corner.

Microsoft has made some major changes to their internet browser, Internet Explorer, and the way that it handles security. This causes issues with some websites on the internet. One persistent problem with the new security settings is a "Clipboard Access" verification text box. To fix this, follow these instructions:
- Go to the Tools -> Internet Options menu in Internet Explorer.
- Select the "Security" tab of Internet Options, and then click on the "Trusted Sites' icon.
- Select the "Sites..." button below the zone window in the tab.
- In order to add the university’s address to the Trusted Sites list, you will need to enter the full URL path in the textbox if it is not already there. Be sure the full path, including http://, is correct and then click "Add." Make sure to uncheck the "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone" as well. Then click "OK."
- Now you will need to allow programmatic clipboard access for your Trusted Sites zone. This can also be done from the Security tab by selecting the "Trusted sites" icon, then clicking “Custom level...” in the Security level dialog.
- Once the Security Settings dialog box is open, scroll to the Scripting area and look for “Allow Programmatic clipboard access.” Change the setting to “Enable."
- Click "OK" and then "OK" again on the Internet Options dialog window.
